Installing the T-JOY3 is as easy as 1, 2, 3 ...

Connect RS232 and/or USB to Joystick Connect joystick to motorized stage, linear actuator, microscope stage,
XY stage, or stepper motors with integrated controller Motion Control Software with Programmable Joystick Interface

Step 1.
Connect the unit to your RS232 port using the adapter included in the kit. We offer USB-to-RS232 converters if you do not have an RS232 port.

Step 2.
Connect the joystick to the T-Series actuator or device of your choice, and plug in the 12V power supply included in the kit.

Step 3.
Send instructions or automate your set-up using Zaber's free software, or write your own application based on our source code.

Additional Axis
Installing an additional axis is even easier. Just daisy-chain it to the first. Power is supplied through the data cable. The joystick can control up to three axes simultaneously. Mix and match any T-Series actuators (linear, rotary, and tilt) to customize your setup.

Programmable Keys
All the buttons on the joystick are fully programmable. See the user's manual for complete details.

Stand Alone or with Computer
Once the setup is complete, the joystick can be used independently of the computer. The T-JOY3 can also be used with computer control, maximizing both flexibility and ease of use.

The rest of our T-Series and A-Series products are equally easy to install and use.
