In Zaber Labview Demo 7 the testpanel is broken before it begins--one of the wires has different types at either end. the specific error is:

These cannot be wired together because their data types (numeric, string, array, cluster, etc.) do not match. Show the Context Help window to see what data type is required. The type of the source is VISA session of class. The type of the sink is long [32-bit integer (-2147483648 to 2147483647)].

The wire is from a VISA Serial to Zaber Write. Could you fix this or tell us how to go about it? Thanks!

--Jesse 11:17, 6 January 2009 (PST) We don't see this problem at Zaber and the program runs fine on a few different computers. Make sure to unzip the zip file to a new folder before running the program. Windows Explorer allows you to open the vi without unzipping the folder first. This will cause broken links because Labview can't see the other vis inside the zip folder. Anyone who sees a similar problem, please contact us.
